This seven-week small group program meets virtually, Tuesdays, Sept. through Oct. 25 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, with an additional 48-hour check-in on Thursday, Oct. 6 as a follow-up to quit day. Led by a certified Freedom from Smoking facilitator, the program features a step-by-step plan to help you quit.
Each session is designed to help you understand your triggers, urges and develop coping strategies to stay committed to quitting. This engaging program uses a variety of evidence-based techniques to personalize and address your individual needs along with the benefits of support from a group setting. Anyone who uses any form of tobacco is welcome.
